WhatsApp invoicing on Premium uses a credit system. Each message sent via WhatsApp - whether an invoice or a payment reminder - uses one credit.

Premium includes 20 free credits per month that reset with your billing cycle. Additional credits are purchased in bundles at R0.30 per message and never expire.

Credits are separate from your monthly subscription. A Premium subscription unlocks the WhatsApp feature; credits cover the per-message cost.

What happens when I reach the free plan limits?
You will be prompted to upgrade to Premium when you reach your monthly limits. Your existing data is never deleted - you simply cannot create new invoices until the next month resets, or until you upgrade.
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Premium at any time and your Premium features activate immediately. If you downgrade from Premium to Free, your account reverts at the end of your current billing period. No data is lost when you downgrade.
What are WhatsApp credits and how do they work?
WhatsApp credits are used to send invoices and payment reminders via WhatsApp on the Premium plan. Each message costs one credit (R0.30). Premium includes 20 free credits per month. Additional credits are purchased in bundles and never expire.
Are Paystack, Yoco, and PayFast transaction fees included?
No. Rebill does not charge transaction fees. When your client pays via Paystack, Yoco, or PayFast, the gateway charges its standard transaction fee (typically 2-3.5% depending on the gateway and method). These fees are charged by the payment gateway, not by Rebill. Rebill itself charges nothing per transaction.
How does billing work?
